Charters

1. Effective October 1, 2010, the billing rates for Telecare Charter Service are as follows:

Minimum billing charge per charter

Hours One (1) through Eight (8)

Hours Nine (9) through Twelve (12) 

Over Twelve (12) hours

$220.00

$55.00    per hour / per vehicle

$60.00    per hour / per vehicle

$65.00    per hour / per vehicle

The per-mile cost for the first 40 miles driven by each vehicle is included in the above rate. Subsequent miles will be billed at the rate of $.50 per mile.
 

2. Billing time is billed in fifteen-minute increments, starting with the pre-trip vehicle inspection and
   ending with the post-trip vehicle cleaning (inside only), inspection and completion of the Driver Report. Included in the billing time is the driving time from the Telecare yard to the pick-up point, actual charter time, refueling and driving time back to the Telecare yard.

3. The Client is responsible for all tolls and parking fees when applicable.

4. Trip to the airport will be subject to a $5.00 transponder fee.

5. The minimum billing charge of $220.00 per vehicle must be in our office two weeks in advance of
   the charter date in order to reserve the vehicle(s).

6. Cancellation Policy: Telecare requires 24-hour advance notice from the Client to cancel a
   confirmed Charter without penalty. Insufficient notice will result in forfeiture of a minimum billing charge of $220.00.

7. Payment is due by credit card or check upon receipt of the invoice and delinquent after 30 days from the invoice date and subject to a $30 late fee. All returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee.
