About Telecare

  • REGULAR TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM: Clients must fill-out an ADA Qualification form available through Telecare @ (530)272-1710 or Gold Country Stage @ (530)477-0103
  • NEIGHBOR-TO-NEIGHBOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM: Limited transportation for ambulatory seniors (60 and over) and persons with disabilities for health related trips outside the Telecare service area.
  • T.H.E. VAN PROGRAM: Low-cost transportation for seniors (60 and over) and person's with disabilities to specific qualified health related services that require multiple visits weekly or monthly. (i.e.: cancer treatments, cardiac-rehab, outpatient treatments etc.) Funded with support from United Way of Nevada County. (Transportation for Health and Enrichment).

  • SENIOR VOUCHER PROGRAM: Discounted fares available for one-way rides using vouchers. Funded through a grant from Area 4 Agency on Aging.

  • SENIOR SUNDAY SERVICE PROGRAM: Transportation for Seniors (60 and over) to local Sunday activities. Funded through a grant from Area 4 Agency on Aging.

  • CHARTERS: Telecare offers general public charters
